My '99 Tj is giving me major problems! When it first started I was on the highway on a short uphill incline and the jeep started sputtering, when I leveled out it started running fine. This issue continued for approximately 2 days then it started running horribly! Would start up fine but the idol would fluctuate; moving in reverse was fine, but forward I would sometimes have to ride the clutch to get any movement. Once in motion it would be ok until I stopped then it would try dying or die.

Thus far I have replaced both O2 sensors, idol control,IAC,MAP,starter coil, plugs, wires, have checked the fuel rails and fuel pressure. Nothing has improved! Monday my new fuel pump will be here. If this doesn't correct the problem.

Any ideas?

Yeah, the place to always start is with scanning it for codes. What codes is it throwing?

X2 ^^^ what brand O2 sensors did you use? You only want to use NGK/NTK

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Yes I used NGK O2 sensors. I've tried to use only NGK/NTK was warned not to use BOSCH replacement parts if at all possible.
