This is why I try to do all my own work. I had an oil change done at one of the fast change places. I paid extra to have all fluids topped off. I sat in the car the whole time. They never touched the washer fluid reservoir. When I pulled out of the service bay, I looked at my receipt. Yep, washer fluid topped off. I did a 180 and pulled back in, pointed to my receipt, and had them fill my washer fluid tank.
