Where and how much to refill CO2 tank

About to build a DIY co2 tank for tire refills but am having a hard time finding a place to get the bottle refilled. Is their any normal retail chain that refills co2 anymore? Used to be easy to find places when paintball was big. Also, what do you pay?

Check fire extinguisher services companies if you don't have a welding supply place near you. I have had has mine filled at one a few times.
 
I had an offroad shop nearby when I used CO2. They charged $20 to fill a 10lb tank.
 
I just sold mine, was getting it refilled at a local welding supply place. It was great when refills were only $13. They've gone up to $23, so decided to sell the tank and get a better air compressor.
