Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 2001 Wrangler?

It’s on the steering column under the trim panels.

Pull the “clam shell” trim around your steering column off, directly behind the steering wheel. It will be on top of the column between the wheel and the instrument cluster.

Remove the three screws that hold the clam shells together. Remove the top clam shell from the steering column, you will find square relay plugged into the multi function switch (controls your headlights, turn signals, flashers, and windshield wipers).
