Which Currie rear track bar for LJ Rubicon?

I know how things work. That's why I bought an angled bracket.
After cycling my suspension, I determined that I didn't need one.

I explained why the angled relocation bracket does not need to point up at any specific angle at ride height when used with a track bar that does not care within reason about misalignment. It only needs to tip the track bar forward enough to not be in the way of things at full shock compression.

I will also offer, both for free and without compensation, that it is known the Currie/RockJock angled track bar relocation bracket has a more acute angle than other options. This means it is less likely than other options to interfere with things at full shock compression.

When and where the C/RJ track bar does interfere, it can be reshaped with a shop press until it doesn't.

These are all valuable pieces of information so that others do not need to unnecessarily struggle with poor fitting rear track bars or concern themselves with track bar bushings that are best kept in a neutral state at ride height.

I've mentioned more than once that I'm good.
It works exactly like I want it to without an angled bracket.
I did not tell anyone else to do what I did.

I was perplexed by your unelaborated statement that the angled bracket didn't work, followed by the reasoning. You created this trail and I followed you down it.
 
Well, that's why I asked. Cause people have had alignment issues.

Even with a misalignment joint like the JJ, they is still a limit to what works best. This isn't a question of cutting corners or cost. I already have the bracket, I just don't want to drill and weld it to the axle if it's going to make things worse.

Bolt it all together and cycle the suspension without springs using a floor jack. Welding does not have to occur immediately. If there is a problem, identify it and figure out how to address it.
 
I am looking for some guidance on whether or not I will need the bracket with the added angle for the currie trackbar. This makes sense on a TJ, with the extremely short rear shaft, but will the geometry be correct on an LJ? Should I use the rear trackbar without the bracket?

I installed same lift on the same vehicle. The angle bracket is just about perfect once I rolled the pinion up enough to get a 1 degree driveshaft angle with the double cardan driveshaft. If you stay with a stock driveshaft the bracket would not be needed. I thought the same as you that the angle may be too much until I installed it. It’s a little deceptive looking at it, I had to roll the rear up more that I thought I would before mocking everything up.

Our Jeep came with 4inch lift and stock driveshaft. It “worked” but was not right. Much smoother and no vibes going to the double cardan.

Awesome thanks, planning to replace the rear shaft so this is good to know. I'll add the bracket.

This is a quick pick of mine installed, it’s maybe a slight bit rolled forward but much better angle than not having the bracket.
