So I guess I must've been pretty close to the torque spec when they broke...

How do you guys handle the change in necessary torque caused by anti seize? How do you know when it's tight enough?
I had problems breaking bolts for my CAs trying to get them to torque spec w/ anti seize applied
You're giving me too much credit, I'm asking these questions after I broke thingsGlad you're learning the right way to do it (reduce to a wet spec or drop by %).

I've still got to flex the rear axle and see if I need to replace the height sensors links there also.
Took the afternoon off and went for a bike ride with my daughter. Got the first 75 miles on the new bike.

Good, finish gluing that thing back together so you can start testing it.
This is my daughter’s Zx6r. She graduated from an CBR250 to it last year. I still think it’s a lot of bike for her (she’s a little thing like her mom), but she loves it.
Edit: she’s been doing all the maintenance on it herself and her boyfriend has been helping her do the mods.

I'm working on it....
I know how I rode on a sport bike so it scares the crap out of me to think of her on one.
That is a beautiful bike.
