What is your go to winter glove. I am looking for waterproof, warm and minimal bulk touchscreen gloves. I live in Atlanta so they don’t have to be extreme cold weather rated. Just something with some dexterity for hiking etc.
For the conditions you describe, I'd go with touchscreen-compatible merino wool gloves. Merino wool is not itchy, and it handles moisture really well. I have the FirstLite Talus:

Edited to add - you mentioned waterproof. I wouldn't recommend waterproof for your conditions. Anything waterproof will have trouble with sweat. Merino wool handles sweat by moving it from your skin, through the fibers, to the outside, and it keeps insulating, even when wet.
I wear whatever I have laying around. Being in New England I have stuff from The North Face, Carhart, Spyder, Fox, and whatever else I've acquired over the years. They all work great, and keep me warm.
I also have a huge stash of those $2 soft black nit gloves they sell everywhere. Definitely not waterproof lol
