Wipers have power when Jeep is off

I ran into Lowe’s today and came out to find my wipers still slowly wiping. Wipers respond to the switch on/off and speed changes with no problems.

Are the wipers supposed to retain power with the Jeep off or do I have an electric gremlin somewhere?

Check the ground wire behind the passenger headlight.

May sound crazy but storys are told about wipers turning on when you hit the horn.

The ground is usually the fix.

If not im all out of ideas.
