i have some diffs out of a 2001 grand cherokee there 3.73 with trak lok im wondering if anyone else has converted them for a tj and if they will work properly
thanks

Just curious why? WJ axles aren't an upgrade (even the Dana 44) and the bolt pattern is 5x5.
The Dana 44 in a WJ is a different type of Dana 44, it is actually a Dana 44a for aluminum. It has a weaker pumpkin, which is different enough so it won't accept standard Dana 44 gears, lockers, LSDs, carriers, etc. Plus its control arm bracket has a different geometry so it'd need a lot of cutting, grinding, and welding to move them around to the correct positions.

Wj diffs are hydra locked if pulled from a 4.7. I'm wanting to put a set I have into a 2003 tj as well.
