Would I need to re-gear for 33 tires?

You can live with it because you have the 6-speed and you can control your rpm's. I am living with it right now. As you know, if you are going up a long incline on the highway, 6th is all but useless and you won't be passing anybody.
Ideally you'd want to go to 4.56.

I comfortably cruise in the highway at 2k rpm in 6th gear at about 55 mph, with 31" currently, if i get 33" and regear to 4.56 wouldn't be even slower on the highway?

You can live with 3.73, but ideally you'd want to re-gear at some point. Re-gearing makes a huge difference!

2k rpm at 55mph at is already on the low end. Plenty of people have not regeared and get by. But putting the engine rpms back where they belong really makes a modified Jeep that much better.
My argument is that 75rpm should be pushing 3k rpm.

"Do I need It?" No. "Do I want it?" Yes. It is not as high a priority because you have a manual transmission, if you had a automatic it would be very much needed. Just drive it like a 5 speed until you decide to re-gear. You have a good Jeep shop in Jordan?
Well not for the tj, we have good aftermarket support mostly for the jk, when i decide to regear i would probably ship the parts from the US, so it would be expensive to do so.

I lived with 33's and 3.73 gears. I live 1.5 miles up a 6% grade. I'm not normally in a hurry, but always hated shifting between 4th & 3rd getting home.
I'm running 4.88's on 35's and it seems to be the perfect combo, that might be a bit low for 33's though.
But I only have a 5-speed.

After switching to 4.56 and 33s with a 5 speed i can say i do not worry about driving up hill. Plenty of power to climb.
Of course I swapped 3.07 gears. With 31inch tires. I would have to go into 2nd to climb up sometimes

I have 33" with 4.56 and that combo feels like the Jeep has "normal" power going through all of the gears. Jeeps are a poor choice for speed, but should have low end grunt to do the things you will want to do with a Jeep.
I have the 5 speed manual (NV3550). On the highway I tend to drive it at about 100 KPH. I have had it to about 120 KPH and the engine is not revving too high. Guessing it is at about 2600 rpms at 100 KPH. You can get by with the 3.73, you will smile more with the 4.56.
