Hello, long time lurker who is hoping to finally buy their first jeep. I have found a tj that appears very rusty from the outside, but it looks like it is just on the fenders, which I can replace easily and relatively inexpensively, and on the muffler and bumper, which are commonly replaced items anyway. It has very low miles and a really clean interior, the frame looks rust free but I am not sure exactly where to look. The listing is here, does this look like a good purchase once I replace the fenders and maybe get a new exhaust and bumper eventually? I also plan on buying a new rear seat since this one doesn't have one, maybe this one unless I can find one in the same color as the seats

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post something like this, just want experienced opinions on if the frame looks rust free

The link is dead.
Without pictures of the frame, tub, and price it's impossible to say whether it's a good deal or not. If you go and look at it make sure you stick your finger inside the frame near the control arms and feel for any rust. What you're feeling for is if it is flaking or smooth.

Well nevermind it appears it was sold, my bad lol. Thanks for the tips tho, I'll do that when I find another one to go look at
