This is my alignment sheet after 6” lift with only springs and shocks, control arms of course and track bar. My Jeep doesn’t feel great but I don’t know what else to adjust. Any suggestions would be great.

camber isn't far enough out to worry about (and is non adjustable and wouldn't be affected by a lift anyway)

Caster should be on the low end for larger tires, as I would assume you're running with that much lift. So nothing wrong there.

I would be happy with that toe, but it can be subjective. I have enough experience to know that I can feel the difference in different toe settings, but not enough to know how much tire wear may be accelerated by running something out of spec, so I just run it in the spec.

When you say it doesn't feel great, what exactly do you mean?

Hey thanks for your input on my spec sheet alignment. So first of all i do have adjustable control arms and track bars. As far as feel, it’s still all over the road. Now I do have a drop pitman arm but I also have a six inch lift and drop bracket with an adjustable track bar front and rear. It’s just a nervous drive in the freeway and that just might be normal for a six inch lift. Any additional input or discussion is much appreciated.

not many around here running past 4". Is the track bar bracket on the frame end of the track bar or the axle end?

If the track bar's drop bracket is removable, I'd remove it and and replace the dropped Pitman arm with the OE design.

Your alignment numbers look good, I wouldn't try to change any of them. Having slightly different caster numbers left and right is normal and part of the design.

It’s on the farm side. I love the six inch lift,

that's good. My TJ actually came with a drop pitman arm and a track bar drop bracket - on the AXLE side, so it actually made the bump steer even worse.

Next move for you would be a dry steer test. Have somebody work the steering wheel back and forth while you look for play anywhere in the steering or track bar.

Nothing inherent to the lift height should make it drive vaguely at speed. There are reasons not to lift 6", but they are related to vibration due to extreme driveline angles.

Any recommendations for lower control arm length? Mine are set at 16.5 front and rear lowers

Length is just a byproduct of what puts your axle in the right place. Starting point is centered on the bump stops at full stuff, and then adjust from there to avoid interferences, set axles square to frame and set caster/pinion angle. I don't even know what mine are set at and I can say they're very likely to be 4 slightly different lengths.

The arm length is not what's causing your driveability issue.

One more comment, your 6" lift doesn't mean you need a dropped Pitman arm or a dropped track bar mount. Your alignment is fine, your steering is not. I'd get rid of both of those. Also, what size tires are you running and exactly what air pressure is in them?

35 “ tires psi 26-29lbs

Any TJ out there with six inch lift? Post pics and or specs of your lift. Control arm settings, and alignment spec sheet if possible!

I'm confused. Are you looking to add 6" of lift to your TJ? Or just wondering if anyone else has done it? Not too many folks running that much lift around these parts. 6" is a TON of lift for a short wheel based TJ, or any Jeep for that matter.

That’s exactly why I posted this thread to see if anyone else has a six inch lift and all their specs. Please hold off on the lectures about six inches being too much of a lift for Jeep TJs. Let’s get over the fact that most people run a four inch lift and let’s see all the TJs with six inch lift and all their specs. Thanks.
