I've heard of pyramid schemes before but this puts a new twist to it!
The girl feet scratches is a winner and I also like the leak problem.

It occasionally leaks water into the cabin when it rains even though I had new door seals installed.

I believe it is just a matter of fine tuning (adding) rubber and sealant until solved.

It should be fine after a tube of RTV silicone or you could just clean out the drain under cowl.
