Km3s look great(Sorry not sure why my post is all jacked up. Everytime I try to fix it the reply just gets longer...)
Love that look. IMHO get those shackles off the front bumper...one less thing rattling...two... shackles on bumpers tend to rust and about the time you need em you're cursing up a blue streak knee deep in mud or snow... hopefully with a couple big wrenches and a torch.(Sorry not sure why my post is all jacked up. You cut your daughters yoga mat in half? Does she know yet?Half way done with my lift install. This was the third time I’d tried to schedule my buddy to come help. Despite it raining all day we knocked out the front shocks and springs. Tailgate tent + daughters yoga mat FTW.

This is mine, didn't know there were others. Love this thing, whether on the concrete, the driveway or on the trail, snow or whatever. Description of the two is nearly identical. Probably relabeled for Mac's (whose products I like a lot).Mac's tie downs makes a more manly yoga mat...great gravel driveway surfboard too...for those of us without heated shops.

What is this "rust" you speak of? Sounds like some slang words I heard up North... lol. I put some anti-seize on them and break them loose before each outing just in case. Plus I have soft shackles so I never really need to take the pins out to use them. And as far as rattling goes I have spent countless hours tracking down all the damn creaks and rattles. (not easy on a 25 year old 4x4) I can't fkn stand them! I thought the shackles were a source of noise but after removing them and then putting them back on I never noticed any difference.Love that look. When I bought my Jeep the PO had two shackles on the front....took about an hour to get em off...they broke loose just a second before I was headed for the gas axe.

They did not. I sprayed the old ones with a flat vinyl paint. Although after receiving my new Twill top the damn thing flapped worse than my old ass Q-Tech top. I contacted Bestop and they said my upper piece must be cut wrong and sent me a brand new one. Now I have an extra top in Twill so this summer I am going to try and find an upholstery to reskin my door uppers to match my top!Surely those door uppers didn’t come with that top?
With lots of baby oil!We usually play twister naked
When I try to edit or repair from my phone, it does the same thing. You can fix it on a laptop or desktop later.(Sorry not sure why my post is all jacked up. Everytime I try to fix it the reply just gets longer...)
You could also use nutserts.Got my windshield footman loop off for the CB bracket install, mine was riveted in. I am either going to use a self tapping screw or tap threads for bolts. Haven't decided yet.
Thought about that to, after I posted. You could also use nutserts.
My brand new Christmas Bestop did not get a nasty tramp stamp either. A real nice small one in the lower left corner window. They did not. I sprayed the old ones with a flat vinyl paint. P.S. Both of the Twill uppers I got did NOT have the giant BESTOP trampstamp on them. Thank god Bestop listened and took that damn thing off!!
