What did you do to your TJ today?

That's not it @TheBoogieman.

Looks like I have the Betstop Supertop NX?

I've got the Sunrider feature over the front seats, and my bow assembly looks just like what's here:

And now that I replaced my phone and have a camera that works now, here’s photos of my previous works that went without pics.

I built the drawer custom sized and for a fraction of the price to purchase one. Even at today’s lumber prices…😳

Well I didn’t get as much done today as I’d hoped, but, I did get a set of used Bartact front seat covers, black and od green, in really good condition for $80 shipped.

Tomorrow I hope to adjust my cable shifter, put MTL in the transmission and start on the currectlync and hopefully at least get started on the unit bearings and RGA front axles.

My MML should be here in 3 days. I’m hoping to have everything else done by then so I can install the MML and get her back on the road.

After even more investigating, the noise I was hearing also happens when the Jeep is stationary, so now I’m back on the steering shaft. The u-joint on the lower steering shaft seems to be loose. Stumbled across the write up @AndyG wrote, which was a lifesaver 🤙 Gonna order a new upper and lower (NOT Borgeson). Depending on the state of the OEM bearing I might try rehabbing it like @Irun has done, and keeping the new one as a spare.

Got the bolts I needed to put the tailgate bar on and fasten down the top. Have a frameless top on now , new roll bar covers , new door surrounds and header bar. Went by and picked out the color carpet that looks good with the new blue denim seats . Interior restoration is coming right along.
My console had the brush type material missing where the 4 wheel drive shifter comes through so I found a door brush that was less that 8 bucks at Homedepot to fix that. It was buggered up on the end so they gave it to me for 1/2 price , that's good since I was going to cut it up anyway.

I did put on the new plate I finally got in , they redesigned the plate so I couldn't use the old Save Americas Wetland & Bayous SAWB tag . You know I have good friends that think it stands for Smart Aleck White Boy.... Man can you believe that !

Couldn't get my fog lights to turn off yesterday afternoon. a quick search of WTJF, and I found that the multi-function switch was the culprit. Quickly ordered on Amazon, one day delivery, 10 minutes of work, and all is well in the world. At least until the next gremlin rears its ugly head.
