Probably connected with an option package. Both my 05 and 06 were Unlimited Sport, but the 05 had hood insulation and the auto dimming/temp/compass mirror, the upgraded stereo with a sub, and a soft top, and my 06 came with a hard top, no insulation, no sub and a standard mirror.

Mine is an 05 with hood insulation and the sticker on the abs tray. No compass but factory hard top.

The owner is very, very lucky you had the parts and that you took the job. There are few places that would take this work on, then make it look like it was factory!

I'm still the owner. He wants it, he has agreed to purchase it with a manual in it, transfer has not taken place yet but I don't see it not happening. He is coming up for a test drive in the morning to see if he likes the shifter throw and how it runs. It is surprisingly nimble which is why I fully agreed to do the swap. If you want a daily driver to drive just for the fun, what better way than to start off with a zippy manual equipped rig? Of course, 4.88's on 32's don't hurt a thing either. I had to dig through the box of speedo gears and get the biggest one I had which is a 42 to get the speedo close.

'05 Unlimited here.
It has hood insulation.
It's decal is on the tray.

I have an early '04 Unlimited. No insulation and the decal is on the tray.
 
Blaine, if you come across any 32rh swap parts like shifter and cables, I am interested, my 6 speed is rattling bad and I am wanting an automatic instead…

I will but I only have parts for a partial swap and the only ones I would get rid of are any extras above that which I do not have.
 
Well if you find extra shifter, cables, kickdown and brackets, I have a transmission already and would like to buy the tj specific items.
