Did you get it unjammed?
In a manner of speaking. But then I jammed it into the trash.

Had a stuck seatbelt, finally got around to replacing it. Was hoping to unjam it and save $200.
Narrator: He did not save $200.

I just read through the pamphlet that came with it and apparently they offer a sticker… not sure how to get one, but that would certainly avoid the need to switch it to the other Jeep…
Rear H&R springs installed: https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/dumb-spring-swap-questions.66948/post-1240353
So all up you gained 2 inches??
Replaced the ball joints, did a front brake job, and rotated the tires. It seems that Virginia has annual vehicle inspections, and the inspector failed me on account of the ball joints. It wasn't too bad of a job, YouTube videos, including one from BFH Garage helped.
Your inspection process includes testing ball joints??????
They also used that color on the late 97- early 99 XJs before the color was replaced. Thanks it’s grown on me lol it polishes up real nice…even under our harsh sun down here .
It’s called gunmetal Pearl I think they used it on TJ is from 97 to 99….
They had a similar colour called steel blue pearl but that was on later models…
Decided to replace the radio that came with my '01 TJ and move into the 21st century.
Found a good deal on Cyber Monday and purchased a Sony MEX-N5300BT.
After removing the old radio I found the source of some noises behind the radio bezel and a mess of wiring connections. Spent some time cleaning up the harness prior to installing the radio.
This radio has Bluetooth, a USB connection and is iPhone capable so that I can make phone calls inside the Jeep.
The difference in the sound quality has been quite dramatic. I had previously upgraded the front speakers to Infinity Kappa 64CFX 4x6 94 dB and rear speakers to Polk Audio DB522 DB+ 91 dB and packed the cavity behind the speakers with Polyfil to enhance the sound quality.

Then you don't want the H&R springs. Unless you add a 1" spacer
