Come on fellas!

This week has been a real downer for me. The administrator commits treachery by buying a JKU and the moderator commits heresy by putting his LJR up for sell. WTH? I’d like to help a fellow Texan, but I’d be complicit if I helped you sell out!

I think we should ban them both.

Fake news, like CNN!

I can’t sell my LJR. I just can’t do it.
Good for you Lt. Some day that TJR is going to be as collectable as a DeLorean. If you have a place to store it, do it and simply watch it appreciate. Have you seen what they are passing off as Jeep's these days? Mercy, have they gone over the edge.

You are making me think about grabbing the unlimited rubi by me for sale at 14K asking in my town....too bad it is a stick.

I tried that, it does not work.....;)

Dont laugh. I was only 16 and the internet did not exist. And I was certainly not going to ask my dad if it worked, since I was driving the car when I was not supposed to be....

But did you wreck it? Haha

I’ll keep the LJR, for now... it’s just so weird having it because I have a choice now on what to drive. Do I want to drive an actual sports car that makes a mockery of domestic sports cars or a big clunky sloppy Jeep? They’re both so much fun but the dichotomy is so funny.
I love them both.

My wife satisfies my need for speed, and I don't even have to drive! I reciprocate with equal adrenaline at 2 mph in the jeep, ha!

Yeah, tough to see the speedo in my crappy video, but I had the camera in one hand and my other white knuckling the arm rest handle. She was driving, btw. The car in front of us was a red 370Z, and he wasn't easy to keep up with. Kids, don't do this at home!

I can identify. I have a ZO6 Corvette in my stable and it is unique to what is mostly out there. I view my vehicles as I would horses. My TJR is my "draft horse". It will provide true grunt when I need it and not even break a sweat. The 'vett I see as a "race horse" as it is meant to drive and perform at speed. Two totally different uses and since I have been blessed with both, then, like "superman" I get in the phone booth and change my personality whenever the need arises.
