This makes me very happy knowing that 2002 was the year we purchased for our daughters TJ!!!!

1st thing I noticed is it says 5 speed manual but pics show a auto. shifter might be some new mod. 
the 5 speed automatically manual trans ! it looks clean and low mileage but I wouldn't give $19k

Out of 135 pictures, only ONE of the chassis, and IT looks like the chassis has been at LEAST painted or coated with something. Without climbing under it, I wouldn't. Stealerships have a habit of covering up Bad Stuff like that.
Lots of rust on the outside of the frame. Again, you'll need to investigate the inside of the frame to determine it's condition.j

Hahaha, I appreciate that. If you know of any good Jeeps in your neck of the woods, please let me know.
Lots better out there. May be worth a look out west/southwest. Here are just a few in the Phoenix area, all priced at or below the first couple you posted and look to be in pretty good shape. If these are southwest Jeeps, you won't have to worry about rust.

That jeep looks nice! How do the earlier 4 speeds compare to the later 5 speeds like the one in the listing?
Any 4-speed would be an automatic transmission. Jeep manual transmissions were only available as 5 or 6-speeds. Personally I prefer automatics for offroading.

nope even the YJ's had 5 speed, the CJ'S probably had a 4 speed manual.

man that is a hot question, here in NY I would never DD a stick but that is me
and for me it's opposite , I would not have a automatic had too many problems with auto's. especially higher mileage ones
