Hubcap center logo Jeep sticker

Hello friends, I am looking to refurbish following hubcaps and ideally would like to remove centre Jeep logo and then put it back after repainting the hubcaps. Any idea on how to remove the centre logo sticker?
is it plastic or vinyl?

I am unsure of the sticker material. It almost looks like that center section is separate and just pops out. Is the center part with the sticker completely flat or is it concave? If it were me undertaking this restoration, I would attempt to heat up the sticker on both the front and the rear with a hair dryer or a heat gun set on not-too-hot, and then I would attempt to press it out from the back on one side enough to get an automotive trim remover under it from the front. Then I would continue to heat and pry until it came off.

Or, I would have a new sticker made and put it on top of the existing sticker and save myself some aggro.

Sticker is completely flat. I will try heating up and see what happens.

On my ProComp wheels, I used a flat punch as big as the hole in the back to slightly push the stuck on emblem off.

If you need emblems after getting them off, I got some here several years back. They have slightly yellowed, but I still like them. I got the first kind on the list with white lettering. I wonder if the other 3D one with silver lettering might show less yellowing. You can order them in exactly the diameter you need.
