Tie rod end is really stuck

Might try a tie rod end/pitman arm puller- Harbor Freight sells ‘em

The pitman arm and tie rod puller did not help remove the tie rod pin. All it did was mushroom the top of the pin.

So first I had to remove the top of the pin with a hack saw. Then I used a 4 pound BFH and a center punch 5 times. That didn't work so I tried plan B and hit the knuckle 5 times. That also did not work so I went back and tried the center punch again and finally the pin dropped. I think it was the combination of the two that finally broke it loose. And, yes, the BFH was key.

Note the angle of the center punch is because I was swinging up past the fender. Had a video to show all this but it wouldn't upload, so the second two images are screen shots.

Glad I didn't have to resort to Thor's Hammer. Couldn't find one on sale.
