What is this and where does it attach?

Was working on fuel rail and injectors on my 2005 4.0 litre sport and can’t work out where this attaches or what it is? I removed the throttle body to get at the fuel rail

It looks like a vacuum line for the AC controls but my 97 plugs into the top of the manifold not sure where it goes on your 05… It’s got a plug-in to the manifold somewhere

Looks like the vaccum line to the HVAC controls.
