Leaking hard door uppers

I have BullDawg hard uppers on my half doors. The other day I noticed that the passenger door leaks in the rain. I'm not sure exactly where from, but I believe it's coming in thru the upper front corner of the door. Does anyone experience with this or have any ideas on how I can fix this? Would I have to pull off all the weatherstripping an run new?

I have the same uppers and the same problem. Mine, I've narrowed down, leak in the front corners where the tops meet the door. I've recently stuck some D shaped weather stripping starting at the top edge of the windshield frame where it meets the hardtop, stopping halfway down the door itself. So far, the last few storms, I've been dry. It is aggravating trying to stop it though LOL...
I've also ripped all the old weather stripping off the tops and replaced it, but it didn't help.

Can you loosen the torx bolt that hold the door on to manipulate it in a maner that the top wouldn’t leak & still latch properly?

You could also strategically place a washer or two to space the hard upper (if it mounts like a stock soft upper).

Do you have 2 sets of weather stripping in that area then?

You could also strategically place a washer or two to space the hard upper (if it mounts like a stock soft upper).

I prob could, but wouldn't that create a gap for water to get in, just in a different area?

Yes, the set that is on the door upper and then the extra piece on the windshield frame itself.
