Boog, do you have a better picture of the blond in the short skirt ?? (speaking of bad choices !!)
Don't bumper shame. It isn't a good look, the same way the ARB bumper isn't a good look.

I’m not a fan of the bumper, but i’m not going to go out of my way to tell critical of one’s taste.
And I’ve been around long enough to remember this… we all start somewhere
The high lift is a nice touch

That was an awful bumper on multiple fronts. Everyone should criticize it. Including you.
Does mocking ever work?
Maybe give the why and how first
Going back to the very start, the OP has some interest in not wanting too heavy of a bumper at the same time he is entertaining the idea of buying one of the heaviest bumpers ever available for the TJ. That all by itself is worthy of making fun of, which also addresses the "why" at the same time. It was quite efficient.
Does mocking ever work?
Yes, as a general proposition it has worked wonders throughout the ages, for example witness how the social outlawing of mockery has given us wonderful social contagions like the body positivity movement which has yielded legions of 500lb people that believe their lifestyle and weight is not only beautiful but healthy. It’s neither, we all know it, but too many people are willing to tiptoe around & pretend otherwise for no other reason than to be nice.
Toughen up guy, the world is no place to walk around with such thin skin, ever ready to be offended yourself, on behalf of others, or worse, on behalf of a hunk of metal.
Fell back asleep and returned to this goodness ….if she(TJ) likes stubbies or enormous…seems like there is a joke in there somewhere
Maybe more coffee it might come to me later….
But if this we’re 150lbs I have no need for that Barbie on front…but if I make those cuts I think this bumper slims up and mounts higher closing that fender gap- which would be my preference….
Back to the original question if I used this winch plate below (which Is the style I would buy) with stock bumper what is the actual, not hypothetical weight, difference. If the guy responds I might go take a closer look.
