No Air Blowing

My air stopped blowing a few weeks ago and I’ve been slowly descending into madness trying to fix it.

About a year ago I had an issue with it only blowing at certain speeds. I replaced the blower motor resistor and it fixed the issue.

I started having the same issue and then the air went out completely. I read that it could be a bad blower motor that is cussing the resistors to fail.

Things I’ve tried/checked:

New blower motor resistor
New blower motor
Fuses/relay are good

Right side hvac panel connector was melted. Cut and applied .187 female spade connectors.

New hvac panel so new fan speed switch and new connectors on right hand size by vacuum lines (tab was burnt).

None of this has improved the issue even temporarily.

Any ideas on what I’m missing? I absolutely hate working on electrical issues.

Since the fan is literally behind the battery...run jumpers from the positive and negative terminals directly to the fan and see if it's working.

You can download a PDF of the Factory Service Manual from the TJ Resources on this forum to assist you electrically troubleshoot your problem.
You will need the wiring schematic pin outs to test for voltage, continuity and problematic ground wires.
The FSM has a wiring schematic in Section 8W on pages 42-2,3,4 for the A/C Heater Blower motor.

Vacuum leak is pretty common.
