MountaineerTom's 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

I think I’m going to pull this hardtop back off relatively soon and go back to my soft top. I like the hard top, but I also don’t like it.

It’s like having one wrench. Just one and it’s only one size, non adjustable.

If I see any in my area, I’ll let you know.

OEM? Any particular color?

OEM and sub $900 is what I’ve been looking for, preferably with factory tint. I think black or tan would look good with my blue. No rush, but I know it's top-off season, so if you stumble upon one let me know.

Friday, I sent my original @Wranglerfix PCM from 2019 to Mark to get the new 42RLE upgrade. Looking forward to getting it installed and see the difference. My jeep isn't ideally geared, but it's not terrible. From the factory it had 3.73's and 30-inch tires. I moved up to 31's, so I'm curious to see the difference.

Got my @Wranglerfix PCM back in the mail today and reinstalled.

The shifts are sooo smooth. I normally turn the OD off when I get in, but I didn’t this time. Took it out for about a 20 mile trip. Pretty flat land around here, but I took it out on the highway where there is a pretty good length hill and a 65 mph speed limit. The power felt just right, even going back up that hill.

Thanks again, Mark!
