Use my 98 as my daily driver and was looking to get the “cruise” adj. control arms from core 4x4, they’re good price wise but since they’re poly bushings I’d figured I’d look for better options, is there any other brands with that same price range but with better bushings?

You definitely want a flex joint in at least one end. Both ends is, of course, better. If your looking at solid bushings you are better off sticking with the stock arms. They are much stronger than they appear and have good flexibility. I ran them for several years on a 2.5" lift without any problems. The Johhny Joint is highly regarded but some do not like that it requires maintenance. There are several other manufacturers that use some variant of a bonded rubber flex joint. Many people have reported good experiences with these joints. Metalcloak and JKS are a couple brands that come to mind. Sadly good quality parts come with a price. You are not likely to find good arms at the price of the base Core4x4 arms. No matter what you decide on I would recommend waiting another month. There are usually some decent Black Friday sales that might make better arms more budget friendly. I've typically seen anywhere from 10% to 20% discounts, often with free shipping.
Got it, my arms are kinda shot right now hence why I need new ones but since stock arms are still good would crown automotive arms be good for now? Just until I need adjustable arms for higher lifts later down the line
Crown arms are good replacements. You might want to consider replacing your front upper axle side bushings while your at it.

FWIW, Crown control arms have a 1 year warranty. AM-Autoparts control arms have a 10 year warranty. Free shipping too.
You're probably fine with OEM arms. I ran them on my 97 with a 4" lift until I could afford Currie.
Do you have any vibration issues you're trying to fix by adjusting pinion angle?

Had some vibes but got a transfer case drop kit, there’s still a little bit of vibration at around 50-60 mph, thinking of lowering it a bit more until I can get into the more expensive solutions.
The drop kit I had on my 97 was nothing more than .125 wall 1" square tube.
Anything will do as long as you have the right length fasteners.
