Round led taillights back to OEM?

I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on my taillights? I bought my jeep about 8 months ago and the previous owner installed the 4" round led taillights, needless to say I am not a huge fan of them and was curious if I could go back to OEM? I was thinking the Savvy's LED tail lights!

I put the four inch rounds in mine also, but saved the cut-outs, so if I ever feel the need, I could just weld them back in. I'd imagine all you need it some sheet metal and a four inch hole saw if you can weld......and have patients

Do you think there is a material strong enough to patch up the hole without welding?

You could add some corner armor which will cover everything and give you a fresh canvas.
