No offense to Novak with respect to your aluminum shift knob, but in the end I wound up installing an 80's Toyota shift knob as a humorous reference to the Toyota (Aisin) transmission.

I like the Novak shifter but the nod to the Toyota origin is cool too.

Novak sells a brand new AX15, I bought it as what seemed like a better option than a rebuilt nsg370.

What would be really slick is it they would line up the parts to sell one with a 4.3:1 first gear from a similar box used in some 80s Toyotas.
