Well…after sitting a month or more this code showed up out of the blue. Swapped crank and cam sensor for Standard Motor cam & Mopar Crank PS. No real change.
Long cranks when cold, yet starts easily enough when warm.
I have reviewed the below.

*What I was NOT expecting to see is 5v on the signal wire - AND the 5v supply wire. Does this indicate a problem in wire harness?*
PS- best I can tell, Standard Motor is who makes the Cam sensor for Napa.
