@jjvw these are what you're talking about right? Says they've been discontinued

That was it. Mine were among the last ever produced. I had to ship the 5th one in from California.

They did seem way ahead of their time when they came out on the Rubicon in 2003.

Tire tech has changed so much in those 20+ years. Grippier and longer lasting.

Nürburgring times have come down as much because of tire tech as much as they have because of all other car tech combined. But it feels like the prices have climbed even faster.

I'm running the Toyota MTs. I almost like them as much as my IROKs. The IROKs that I had were bias ply tires so the road handling sucked. On the rocks and snow, they were great. The Toyos are better on road and damn good on the rocks. They are 37 14.50/15s so a big footprint. They flex great on the rocks and so far the sidewalls are holding up. The only reason I am saying the IROKs were better is because the compound was softer. Even worn out they had decent traction. The road noise isn't a factor for me. My jeep is a trailer Queen without a whole top and I have a loud stereo so no fs were given.

The Mickeys are great tires and even Coopers. The Milestar tire advantages are that they are cheap. They have a soft compound and they do make a sticky. If you run a sticky you need an axle that can handle them. For a TJ on a Dana 44, a sticky is too much. Shoot I broke a Dana 44 front shaft on a Dot in Moab.

I have really liked the Baja Boss’s - I found them for sale on some sketchy Russian website via google and asked 4WP’s to price match. To my surprise, they did.

Not sure they would do it again, but worth a shot!

how many U-haul rentals would that have been. 😂

Rented for Moab last year and was looking at renting again for sand hollow. The two rentals combined would have been more than the trailer. Pretty pumped. 14 ft dual axle utility trailer thats been beefed up a little. Fits the Jeep nice and snug

I sold my trailer for what I paid for my trailer after putting 15k miles on it. If I didn't have to pay to store it somewhere, I'd still have it.

Luckily I don’t have to pay to store it but I have my jeep, a wakeboard boat, my daily, my girls vehicle and now a trailer. My drive ways are full! Not allowed to buy anything else with wheels
