I have a 2006 TJ rubicon and am currently running a best top trek top frame less soft top. Anyone have any experience with that top and a tonneau/deck cover? The trektop has 2 rear stabilizing straps in the rear that attach to the inside of the tub rail. I just don't see how the tonneau cover works unless I disconnect those. And would the best top tailgate bar work with a different brand tonneau? I like the trektop, Side and rear windows come off and go back on easily and quickly and it seals very tight. But when I take sides/rear off and open sunrider and remove doors, I'd like to cover the back seat and be able to leave things at least out of view.
I'm running the exact same combination (trektop, quadratec deck cover, no doors). The straps for the top can go through the roll bar holes in the deck cover. Works perfectly fine and I like the look. I've also used the best top bar on the quadratec deck cover with no problems.

I mostly use my deck cover to keep the mud out of the back when off-roading. Hate wheeling with the full roof. I still leave all my tools and gear out of the jeep when I'm not going offroading. The cover will stop people from seeing whats back there, but not from taking anything. Especially with the doors off, all they have to do it pull the seat forward and all your stuff is right there.
