Which Johnny Joints for control arms?

I ran across someone selling 8 Johnny Joints for a great price and I’m thinking about getting them. I have access to fab my own control arms but not sure which size Johnny Joints are typically used to upper rear control arms as well as lower front control arms. Can’t you look at the full kit from Currie, get the control arm model numbers for a TJ kit and then check the sizes?

If this helps, this came from the Instructions from Currie

"2) Currie control arms come preset for a TJ with a 4” lift, a transfer case slip yoke eliminator kit, and a CV driveshaft. Front upper arms - 15” c-c Rear upper arms - 13 1/2” c-c All lower arms - 15 3/4” c-c"

The kits didn’t say the joint sizes....however when looking on the computer (didn’t notice it on my phone) If you look at the control arms on the Currie website you can click on “drawing” and it shows the part number for the forged end joint. Unfortunately the ones the guy is selling are not going to work, they are too big.

How wide are your control arm brackets?

I’m not sure, I haven’t had access to my Jeep for a couple days. I’ll probably be able to measure tonight though. But I know the Currie JJ used for the rear uppers are 1.2” wide and for lowers they are 1.685”...I’m not sure if they are in the bracket loose or snug but I figured that must be the best/correct width if that’s what Currie is using on their arms

I don't have very many stock brackets on mine anymore, but I do know that the JJs fit snuggly into the brackets before tightening them.
