So if a Sport has all Rubicon parts you can call it a sport either .
Not exactly the same situation, all the rest of the parts are the same minus fenders, if you install tube fenders on ether then that difference goes away as well. Now it can't be sold as a Rubicon (that would be fraud) but as long as you plan to own and drive it, do as you like. I mean, it's your jeep, your money paying for it, and your money buying the parts on it. Give er.Um, yes you can. Does it become a Isuzu if you put their power train in it?
I was going to say it's akin to throwing SS emblems on a six cylinder Malibu. LOL Same line of thinking.Akin to putting SS emblems on a 6 cylinder Camaro!
@ac_ has "Zombicon", which I think is a hoot! There was a guy on JF (Cincy TJ) who had a Sport. He added Rubicon axles, transfer case, and a Hemi. He put "Hemicon" stickers on the hood. I liked his ride, including the stickers.
Nevermind. Not even a factory Mopar Rubicon sticker.I have a 2005 LJ sport that I am spending a few months working on before putting on the road. I have a set of Rubicon Dana 44s as well as the transfer case. I am putting this and a long arm into my LJ. Is it a sin to put a Rubicon sticker on my new ride ?View attachment 56238
I like this; this was the other one I was thinking about doing before I decided on the zombicon.
