We would need to know more specs.
Lift?
Has it been regeared?
Etc.
If it is stock, you will truthfully need/want the following to run 33s:
- Lift (multiple options between suspension and body)
- DANA 44 or a Super35 in the rear
- Minimum of adjustable upper rear control arms (someone else can confirm if this is needed with the Super 35)
- Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) and a new rear driveshaft (if upgrading to the DANA 44, not sure about with the Super 35)
- Regear
- Adjustable front trackbar (dependent on lift height)
No, doesn’t have a lift ... can I use at least 32 inch tires ?We would need to know more specs.

Can I use 33’s in my Jeep Wrangler SE 2005 manual transmission?
On the 1 to 10 scale . . . . this answer is a solid 11 !Yes if you change enough stuff...You can also wipe your butt with a cheese grater , but you won’t enjoy it.
If only there was a way to know if things fit.OP! Judging by this youtube vid we was all wrong. Dig:
OR a HighLine !! Better clearance than a 4" lift.. You will need a mild lift to clear the 33" tires
That video is infuriating.
Sometimes I feel bad for people that take Jeep advice from youtube videos and facebook groups...
