GUNK on diff covers ok?

Wanted to degrease/clean them up a bit. Any harm in in spraying them down with GUNK and rinsing?

I clean them as well, drives me nuts when caked with dirt/grime. It also lets you know if or where there is a leak.

Shouldn't think so. I keep mine clean as a whistle.

That’s exactly why I want to it. There is some fluid caked around a few of the bolts but never any drips on my garage floor. Just want to be sure there are no leaks. Thanks.

Thanks. Just wanted to be sure it didn’t have some component that would try and eat at the gasket edges or anything.

I wanted to clean and paint mine when I changed the fluids but didn’t have time, wasn’t sure I could get paint to stick anyway
