Cool thread . I was researching curb weight a while back ...tj’s are dense compared to previous models .

At last check on the load cells my 2004 LJ weighed 4,361 fully loaded for a day on the trail without the hard top and doors but with tools, fluids, full tank of gas, etc and my ass in the driver's seat. No more than 51 lbs difference between the corners. The front is a little heavier now with 80 or 85 lbs of winch.

Curry 44s F and R, full armour underneath and tuck, Curry Crawler tank, long arms, 35s on steelies.

Just weighed mine.

1) 4620 lbs with driver, half tank of gas, rear seat, full doors, soft top, and no other cargo. Figure 4500 lbs no driver and full tank.
2) Owned since 2013, stock when I got it.
3) 37x12.5r15
4) Parts
2005 Rubicon 6 speed
Trektop NX soft top
TNT Guardian front bumper, steel
LoD Signature rear bumper/carrier steel
UCF UHC Steel skid plate
Poison Spyder steel rockers/rails
Poison Spyder aluminum front fenders w/ inners
Poison Spyder aluminum corner armor
Steel steering box skid+brace
Savvy aluminum gas tank skid
Currie Steering
Heavy 37" pitbulls on Hutchinson Rock Monsters, all 5.
4" Savvy lift, aluminum arms, body lift, motor mount lift, Tom Woods shafts

Installing a supercharger and putting the hard top on and I'll go weigh it again. Planning for a full cage and possibly some axle trussing in the future. Just keeps getting heavier but moves ok with the 5.13s and 6 speed

My red LJ is an estimated 3857lbs (using actual sprung weight, shipping weights for the tires, axles, and steering linkages). No driver, missing DD gear, missing rockers, missing exhaust, missing soft top windows, missing a few odds and ends, 5 gallons of gas.

Currently sitting about 5" lower than it should be:

I'll give an update with the final weight once I finish the missing items.
