The fact that this was even caught on camera has to make you wonder what these onlookers were doing. Were they just filming something else to begin with?

They've got a bridge like this here in Albany, Oregon as well (I'm sure @StG58 is familiar with it) that has TONS of warning signs and lights leading up to it. But you know that once in a while some idiot isn't paying attention.
