My 2001 4.0L, automatic keeps blowing the "inject" 20A fuse (#26 under the hood) and the ignition coil pack. The coil pack is physically melting at the center raised portion. I replaced the coil pack and it did the same thing to the new before i could get to the end of the block. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

That is a very simple circuit... the 20 amp fuse powers the ignition coil and the PCM supplies a pulsed ground at the other side of the ignition coil to cause the coil to generate the spark. The only thing in that circuit that could cause the ignition coil to swell and pop the fuse is the ignition coil itself.
Are you using store brand ignition coils? That's the only reason I can see for your continued problems. Where critical components like that are concerned I try to stick with Mopar. This is the Mopar p/n... 56041476AB
Take a look at the high voltage wire coming out. If there is some reason it is throwing an arc to get from the coil to the wire that could cause the tower to start to melt. How old are your plug wires? Run the engine in a dark garage or at night with the hood up so you can see if there is any stray high side voltage jumping across any of the wires.
