I need help on rubber and heim joint and control arm suspension set up

You're talking to the right person with mrblaine obviously, but in general I would not keep digging. I know it's a bummer you bought that and it will be a loss, but when mrblaine fixes that, the setup will still be prone to issues in the future no matter how tight the setup gets. I wouldn't mod anything to make this setup you already regret work. Backing out will be that much more of a problem. He gets it tight enough, and then start planning on the undo.
Power steering test showed that the bolt for the rod end at the pitman was spinning so it wasn't tight. Misalignment spacers are poorly made and cheap. That means if you over tighten them, they shear off the stop shoulder and the bolt won't stay tight. I happened to have one that worked so we were able to swap in at least one good one to go with the one that hadn't failed. The bolt was suspect so we swapped in a new one.
The rod end at the end of the MC trackbar is dying.
The toe is correct.
After fixing a few small things, the test drive showed that the system is fairly sound, easy to drive, and outside of the minor bit of annoying bump steer, the rest is fine and will improve with a new rod end in the track bar.
I think Blaine sells steering knuckles for about $100 IIRC. I would just cut my losses by currie steering if budget allows if not go the ZJ upgrade (Moog) steering.

Best in the game period!!! The man is the most honest , realest OG you can ever, I mean, ever come across!!! HE knows the TJ's and LJ's by fucking heart and has built some monstrous rigs!! That two hour drive was so worth it, I got to rid in a LJ on 40s with coil overs and currie axels all built from scratch by Mr Blaine. Let me tell you HIS BIG BREAK KIT is one crazy asss set up!!!!!!!!!! The dude driving the LJ floors it down the hill at 70 and full on break checks hard as f and the jeep I kid you not it stopped right on the spot!!!!!!! Thank you again @mrblaine for helping me fix my mickey moused tj!!!

Awesome he got you tight. I didn't, his post made sense before you went there, I was interested to hear what he had to do, I was guessing not relocating brackets.
Was spending the first week of August in Poway for my son to wrestle some top Cali guys, but this stupid virus just squashed that, would have loved to come to his shop and seen some builds.

You are welcome. Don't forget to get new misalignment spacers for the pitman rod end and replace the bad one. Get the new rod end for the MC trackbar I showed you that is dying. It won't be long before you have more play in the steering if you don't.

He's the Wizard for a reason. It's pretty cool, one conversation with Blaine and you realize he has a fundamental understanding of just about anything mechanical. That was a cool back and forth to read through. The power of the power steering test is shown once again! Thankfully I believe my jeep is now misalignemnt spacer free.
Thank you Mr Blaine , I just purchased some high-misalignment spacers (3/4 to 5/8) and I made sure they are some high quality ones too. I contacted MC and they told me they will send out a replacement right away just like u said. The shitty CavFab steering company stopped answering my calls ! No one go with them , there parts are made out of shit and they dont even warranty there crap. Mr Blaine put a temporary fix with another spacer and even his spacer felt more higher quality and stronger than what Trash Fab offers. It was not cheap and thin like what Trash Fab provides!! Never go with them !!!!

Anyone reading this never go with Cav Fab!!!!!!! The owner recommended I purchase more items from them to fix my issue which shows they are just money hungry .

Is there any other option I havebecause I already went deep in that route and drilled out the knuckles on both sides of the axels and the pit man arm as well (I am regretting it so much now!!!!! ). So replacing that is gonna be a big loss for me , I knew it had to be the Cavv Fab Steering set up because it changed up the location of the steering stabilizer and it became worse when I installed everything but I told my self it looks good so it should perform as we'll like a complete dumby!!
Your lower hiem joints are missing the “misalignment spacers” which can cause death wobble. Your upper heims have them installed, but if your lowers don’t (3/4” hole), then the 5/8” bolt will have slop in the lowers.
On the tie rod? How does a lack of misalignment spacers contribute to death wobble? What if the heims without misalignment spacers have sufficient misalignment?
This slop due to hole size relative to bolt size is irrelevant because of the clamping force of the bolt.
The clamping force, typically just isn’t enough to hold on my 01 TJ. A good hit over the railroad tracks, and they typically move and I used to get the death wobble, bout a 1/4 mile down the road afterwards. Installed the extra spacers on the tie rod ends, and it riddled mine of its issues ( I have crossover steering and all the underbody upgrades etc). Just thought I’d help out! Took me awhile to figure that out!
