What did you do to your TJ today?

Installed a new shifter tunnel seal and added a bit of silicone for good measure. No more blow drier air on my legs and foul road smells in the cabin. I also cleaned the overflow reservoir of previous owner's neglect. Will do a radiator flush soon.

Rancho steering stabilizer. What a difference!

I`m interested, what is this wrap?? I just spent a full afternoon replacing the toasted factory (OEM) wire loom that was coming apart, It was so brittle that it broke by touching it. I`m interested in a more permanent option like this...

It is reflective heat wrap with velcro. I use the Amazon brand "A Team Performance" and DEI aluminum tape to tape up the ends. I too begin to have brittle plastic due to the heat. Check those rubber vacuum nipples on the side of the intake too. Mine crumbled in my hands.

Did you have to reverse the mounting brackets? This is brilliant, especially with drive in movies, concerts, games, etc.

Test fit flipping the back seat for my maiden trip to the drive-in movies tonight.
Flip the whole soft top over, kick the front seats up all the way, and roll up an old blanket for resting feat on edge of tub. I’m bringing fold up chairs just in case. Lol

I got hit directly into my rear wheel. The car was going 50 mph and I was turning onto a side street when they hit me. It pushed my axle over around 4". Luckily I just had to replace the control arms, track bar, driveshaft and wheel and tire. I had zero body damage because my tires were sticking out so far. Good luck.

No body damage here either. That’s a benefit of lifted cars. But my axle was cracked, as was the tranny case and transmission, front drive shaft, control arms, etc. she’s not a goner yet but damn, this wasn’t the usual “wipe off the scratch and drive” fender bender that has happened in the past. If she gets fixed, I’m considering buying a cheap car to get me from A to B. This LJ was and hopefully will still be an heirloom.

The yellow one in Jacksonville? He's got nice stuff there and that one has been for sale for quite a while.
