How do I stretch my Adam's driveshaft?

Hey so this might be a dumb moment for me... i just got an adams 1310 cv driveshaft and ive seen videos were they do SOMETHING to make it a tad longer ive tried pulling on it, twisting it and i need like an extra inch to reach the rear diff, is there a trick to expand it?

If it’s like mine they can be a bit stiff, pull harder

If by some chance the two parts separate all Adams drive shafts have 2 dots stamped on each part that mark the correct alignment
