Maybe a model on how to create homeless. There are more publicly funded programs to 'help' people get out of being homeless then there are to help prevent people from becoming homeless. And here we are....streets lined with bums that don't want help. Reminds me of the time I followed a beggar at a Home Depot back in the early 2000s from his spot to his really nice Lexus parked nearby. I suspected this guy for a while because his dog was pretty clean and I thought I saw him in a computer store once; just not looking like a bum.The only thing Commiefornia is a model for is failure
I've been homeless twice in my life when I was younger. I crawled my way out of it by my own merits both times. No white privilage, no public programs, no family money or support, and no begging/handouts. Every circumstance is different but you have to really want to improve your situation.
