I've had it go the other direction a time or three. Put on a run at a local BLM OHV area. When I figured 5 or 6 would show, I got 25 rigs. It was a logistics challenge for sure!

@DrDmoney is tempting me on Pritchett Canyon. I’ve watched a few vids. I’m kinda like this right now. 😐

Wife & I are early birds, if anyone else is.

We want to do some scenic stuff.
Hurrah pass, chicken cornerns, Gemini bridges, etc.

Then do some of the more name ones,
Top of the world, hells revenge, cliffhanger, etc
I’ve done some of Gemini bridges and ran cliffhanger just want to point out there’s a big difficulty gap between the two.

Of your list I’d say research cliffhanger first the others don’t concern me. I haven’t looked to see how you are built either.

unfortunately the family trip out west is in mid July but dates haven't been settled yet... moabs just 3 or 4 hours away.
Fins is a stock rubicon trail

Edit: still fun, scenic and a great stepping stone to Moab.
Id agree it is a great stepping stone to test the waters. pushed me (as a flatlander from the land of swamps) to the edge a few times with the ups and downs but I made it through just fine stock sport with 31" tires. jut banged the fuel skid plate about 3 times. a third of the way in through the 2nd half of fins after crossing the main road was probably my worst downhill obstacle, tire placement was my dilemma... I teetered on 2 wheels down hill. but made it fine due to the sandpaper to rubber tire grip. photos give no justice here. going up most inclines all you see is sky... going down all you see is sand.. forget about seeing the ground your driving on until you finish the incline or decline.

I know the spot you speak of. It’s definitely a good test to prepare for the other trails.

I think it was here

here’s another good test before heading out on longer rides

Well I was all Gung Ho for Pritchett but then I read the info RR had on this site and had a serious case of Testicular Shrinkage. Idonno...not real keen on rolling, snapping, breaking. 😒
Watch BleepinJeep and Busted Knuckle do it in there $5000 Cherokee’s on 35’s.

Trail List for me would be

Seven Mile Rim
Elephant Hill
Fins
Hells Revenge
Top of the World

The daughter and I always spend a day hiking to different arches. I would also be up for helping anyone New to Moab.
I also know my LJ can probably do more than the dumbass driving it..
