Looking at some 33 tires for sale near me but was wondering if anyone is running that size tire on stock? Anyone know if its a good choice? I still want a little bit of comfort but not a huge deal if that's lost

It was only fine to you because you hadn't driven a TJ geared properly for 33's. People who have only eaten rice are perfectly happy with it until they try a ribeye steak cooked to medium-rare.I wish this forum was around 20 years ago when I got my TJ. For me with 33s and 3.73s on my Jeep with a 4.0 it was fine. I wouldn’t re gear. I used to wheel it a lot and wanted lower gears but if I went 33s I’d just regear the transfer case. That’s if I did it again.
Front end, tooVery new to the Jeep World so my comment might be off base, but from what I have read you need the right rear end gears as well. Not just about the tire size
Thanks, she does indeed, the ko2's made all the difference in the world also.Looks great. I bet it rides nice too!
