The second gear synchro in my 2000 tj is gone. I need to find a replacement but is seeming to be impossible.

Very nice people, solid customer service. At least from previous experience w them. And they may very well have a 'used' one. But Im willing to guess since its a wear and tear part, you're best buying new?

I believe 2000 is still an ax15. Your best bet is probably just replacing the whole thing. There are bunches of them in the junkyard, waiting to be plucked.

Personally, I would replace it w a used junkyard swap or a NEW AX-15. Even if you have an NV3550. They are both interchangeable.
