You might want to do that in your garage where there aren't any people with cell phones to catch you.Tomorrow I will “stroke” my engine.

I like the flag hood decal.Got new LED headlights in. Much better light output. Got stuck wheeling at night one time and all my halogen lights on my Jeep were worthless pretty much.
(Also spider Webshade peeking in there)

I thought your Jeep had so much dirt in it that it started sprouting flowers.Took her to a local nursery and filled her up with plants. When in got home I cleaned her out and sprayed the floorboards with a coat of Herculiner.

Oh it was a fantastic day of wheeling. One of the guys Jeep broke something on his axle if I remember correctly so we were doing repairs into the night. Night wheeling was fun, trying to see with Halogen headlights and halogen off-road lights was not lolI wouldn't consider wheelin' at night such a bad thing. In fact if the wheelin' during the the day was intense enough to last into the night then that's the definition of a great day of wheelin'.
Thanks, previous owner had it on and I like it so I’m keeping it!I like the flag hood decal.
I need to get one. I think AlphaVinyl out of Ga makes some like that. My blackout decal bores me. It's just there to take away from my paint defects. Thanks, previous owner had it on and I like it so I’m keeping it!
I try. She wasn't excited about driving until she found this jeep. I had a CJ5 years ago that I wish I still had. Sorry to hear about your friend....how horrible! She's very good about seat belts, in fact she yelled at me to put mine on before she even started it coming home last night. We had just gotten in and were talking....I'm not sure I even had the door closed yet!Sounds like you're a great Dad! Make sure she (and passengers) always wear seatbelts. I lost a good friend at 15 when she was ejected from a Jeep CJ that rolled on the street.
I got the “knockoff” Truck Lites, man do they make a difference. I didn’t know I could see so much road ahead of my Jeep!!Time to upgrade to insane bright Chinese crap like me. My driving lights are so bright, I can turn my headlights off at at night and people still flash their lights at me. $45 well spent.
You need to close your eyes and "Think it in" lolOPDA just because (what a bitch that hold down bolt was to get back in).
Rear tow hooks a la Jerry. Very happy with the way those went in.
Thats a big filter! It’s time to change the fluids. Not too exciting but it needs to be done. View attachment 262666
Pics or it never happened. Not today, but yesterday we bought a 2001 TJ for my soon to be 16y/o daughter! We then bathed and started the interior clean. Besides an aftermarket hard top, I think she's pretty bone stock. Excited for her and to see how she makes it hers!!
That directly replaces the Wix 51085?Changed the oil:

@Jerry Bransford - going completely against my gut but going with Jerry's rec that modern Pennzoil isn't the sludgy crap it was 30 years ago (which is echoed by other research I was able to do), so in it went! The 6th quart was Quaker State as Wal*Mart didn't have the Pennzoil in quarts - nor the Quaker State in 4 or 5 quart bottles for that matter. Also upgraded to the 1 qt Wix 51515 because I could.
Yep, identical except for the length. That directly replaces the Wix 51085?
