Quality light bar recommendations?

I run extended range floods on windshield frame mounts and 7 inch long range on the bumper. I could not imagine trying to run a windshield bar in the snow up here and I bet it would be similar if you are in the dust.

Yep, sounds like above the windshield is going to be a no go with all the dust here.

I understand they look stupid, I'm only interested from a functional stand point (i.e. good light output for dark desert wheeling).
What are doing in the desert at night Walter White stuff?

I’ve installed probably atleast 100 visionx lights in all different forms. They are high quality and have great customer service. Also haven’t had an issue with them In the last 10 years.

More on point, I watched this video recently and he put on the expensive KC light setup above the windshield. In their video it doesn't seem to light up the hood nearly as much as all the light bar's seem to and they said the actual light quality was far superior. Not comparing to their cheap bar... just noting visual affect of the KC's.

One other thought... if your light bar is lower than your eyes (bumper), it will not light up as far as your eyes can see when looking 'over' things like whoops, hills, etc.
