Leaking 4.0 transmission cooler lines

Hey all,
New to the group and noticed a leak in my transmission. At first I thought it was the pan and did a new gasket and filter and it’s actually coming from above the pan drivers side the two lines going into the transmission are leaking.(Rotted) Looked online and at parts stores and cannot find anything for replacement. Anyone have any input or have done the job before and recommend somewhere I can get them at so I can replace. It’s been down a month and I miss driving it.

I replaced mine with a used set from Davey's Jeep. Before I installed them, I flushed them out with brake cleaner and compressed air.

I replaced mine when I had the exhaust off to replace my RMS. I don't know if you could install them with the exhaust manifold in place. You might be able to make new lines out of rubber hose in the appropriate size, at least this would get you back on the road until you found hard lines.

I made "jumper" lines out of rubber hose when I installed my B&M oil cooler. They show no signs of problems for 3 years.

When I made my jumper hoses, I used my OEM metal fittings. On the radiator end of the OEM cooling lines, they change from metal to rubber. There's a crimped connection. I carefully cut of the crimp and pulled the metal fitting out of the the rubber hose. I used hose clamps to secure the metal fitting to new rubber hose.

Alright I’ll try that, do you remember the size hose you used and length?

3/8" was the size I used. For length, I only used a couple of feet, because I was only "jumping" from the end of the metal line to/from my B&M oil cooler. I connected the outlet of the OEM cooler to the inlet of the B&M cooler, and the outlet of the B&M to the metal return line.

I also want to repeat, that I didn't see a way to replace the metal lines with the exhaust header in place. My header was a PITA to remove because of stripped bolts. When you get metal lines and remove the exhaust header, plan ahead on whatever other work needs done. I had a RMS leak, and my engine and transmission oil pans had some rust pits. I replaced both pans, RMS, and transmission cooler lines while the exhaust header was out of the way. Rock Auto was where I purchased them. I bought SKP brand and fit was not an issue. SKP has a 12 month warranty, and the price was ~ $60 for both pans.
