Alright since you have forst hand expy with the MORryde setup, what if I were to just use the hinges supplied by Gr8tops, and trim the diamond plate where the hinges sits? I'm only running 33x10.50s. just got a new tailgate so I wanted to replace the hinges anyway.

No emissions testing in MI and I have one of these motors available to rebuild. Maybe I'm just set on the cool factor of an odd-ball odd-fire motor, but I think it could be cool.
